4,6/5Everything went perfectly, the purchase, delivery, appearance and performance of the product. The Dell laptop was better than I expected, it was a perfect replacement for my aged and well used Toshiba laptop. 4,4/5Certainly a Dell and not a “dell-boy”! Beautifully presented and I immediately upgraded it to Windows 11 - hopefully done the right thing. Very fast and responsive, but many drivers were out of date, so spent a day faffing about updating them - CCleaner Professional helped. 5/5Practically brand new in terms of its condition, not a mark or scratch on it anywhere. Couldn’t be happier in regards to that. Battery life capacity is sitting at just over 36k mWh which is a little disappointing however as its design capacity is 68k meaning it came with a battery at essentially 50%. 5/5I'm really happy with this purchase. It more than lived up to its 'Good' condition - a tiny mark on the body and some wear on one of the keys was all that was apparent. It came with Windows 10 Pro but this was easily upgraded to Windows 11 Pro for free.
