No he podido recibir el producto. El transportista, DHL, me pedia 27€ adicionales al importe ya pagado por los auriculares, por lo que, al no aceptar el cargo, no me los han entregado. No estoy nada contenta.

Good quality product as expected from Beats. Came without instructions but was easily enough paired up with my phone . Even the neat little silicon pouch for storage was welcoming. Mainly purchased for Bike rides and works pretty well securely in place with the provided changeable buds. Very happy with this purchase so far.....

First time I have bought reconditioned electric goods, was a little sceptical but the returns policy covered me if I was not happy . Have to say very pleased with my purchase, like new , all working well , fast delivery , came with a carry case and selection of new ear bud covers . Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Sound quality is great, refurbished quality was really high too. Everything works as it should. However, despite the name, a week of wearing them taught me these are just not fit for my sport use. The chunkiness of the bud weighs the unit down, this affects the fit in the ear when running or moving. Worst situation is cycling as the wind resistance against them creates noise drowning out any sound. If for non-sport use, I would gladly keep them. But for me, I have returned them in favour of some ones that do the job. Customer service throughout has been ace, thanks folks!
