4,4/5Ordered an excellent condition Samsung A14 for my daughter. It looks like a brand new phone. Was so impressed that I ordered another for myself. Both phones arrived earlier than estimated. 4,8/5I have to admit to being a bit nervous to buy used device, but the price was good and I had heard good things. So I went for it. The unit was delivered quickly and was in a box that made it look brand new. Really happy with the whole thing. 4,9/5Came exactly when it was supposed to. Delivery info. and tracking spot-on. In impeccable condition - appeared to be brand-new in a sealed box. Word to the wise, though, you'd have got top marks in spite of deploying the corny mock-antique-speak, if only you hadn't cocked it up. If you're going to write 'Fervently hoping that all has gone impeccably, and waiting to hear thy judgment, I remain,' then you absolutely need to follow it up with 'Thine, Customer Care', NOT 'Yours'. Using a plural and a singular to refer to the same entity is a sure-fire way to piss off a copy-editor. Mangled English apart, nothing to complain of. 4,4/5It all went smoothly and I am getting used to having a much newer phone. Delivery was a different matter. I asked for delivery to my son's address as he was going to set it up for me. On 19th October you said expect it on 23rd or 24th so I checked that someone would be there. You were still saying that at 19.54 on 20th. However At 19.45 0n 20th I had a text from Royal Mail saying it was due on 21st in a 3 hour slot so my son made new arrangements. It didn't come then, but on 22nd it was promised by 7.30 pm. It was delivered at about 17.00, but your email at 12.58 that day still said 24th! I'm glad it wasn't a bulky item.
