    The phone itself is great, it’s in really good shape and I think it’s a great deal! However! I am experiencing some software issues where my microphone would cut me off during a FaceTime or WhatsApp call. It’s super annoying when it happens mid conversation. I’ve contacted Apple about the issue but it hasn’t been resolved. Im thinking about returning it and getting a newer phone. I still recommend BackMarket as it’s a good option for those looking for an upgrade that doesn’t hurt the pocket too much.

    Habe das Handy vor über 2 Wochen erhalten, Batterie ließ sich nicht aufladen, daher ging das Paket direkt zurück und habe den Händler und Back market darüber informiert. Alles in der Hoffnung, dass das Geschenk noch pünktlich ankommt. Bis heute keine Reaktion vom Händler, ob eine Reparatur möglich ist oder nicht. Habe so was noch nie

    Es lief alles super ab. Allerdings war mein gekauftes iPhone nicht sonderlich gut gereinigt. Vor allem in der Ladebuchse war noch einiger schmutz

    Telefon geht einfach aus und hat tote Pixel auf dem Display. Zudem musste ich es erst einmal updaten, was Stunden gedauert hat. Der Akku ist schneller leer als bei meinem 3,5 Jahre alten iPhone X!
