    Le produit était emballé comme neuf, difficile à croire qu'il ait déjà appartenu à quelqu'un. Le grade choisi "comme neuf" était largement respecté. La livraison fût très rapide, 1 jour et demi et le téléphone était là. Après une semaine d'utilisation, j'en suis ravie, il fonctionne parfaitement, batterie à 100%. Je recommande vivement !

    J'ai reçu le colis rapidement, bien emballé et exactement comme je l'attendais, et le téléphone fonctionne juste par-fai-te-ment. La petite touche humour des répliques du site et des consignes d'envoi m'a amusé tout le long du processus donc c'est un grand OUI pour mon premier achat chez Backmarket !

    Hello , I purchased it as an unlocked phone. The device wasn't unlocked though and it did take 7 day's for Sony to send me the unlock code specifically for that device. After talking it over with them at EE who was the mediator between myself as an EE customer and Sony. Unlocked it for free but would of been originally £7-9. The price though and quality of the device otherwise was very good. Other than ensuring all device's are exactly how described it's been a good experience. I will probably be a returning customer 😃

    Fantastic, super happy with the phone and service! The whole purchase process went excellent. Only problem initially with payment was that it failed and the system would not allow me to pay for the item for strict security reasons. It was a bit hard to figure out what was going on, despite this being a common problem with the security system of payment of Back Market. I would suggest making it easier for customers to understand the potential of this problem. It was not so easy to find under "help". I almost gave up! Thankfully when I realised and managed to write to customers support, they fixed it very well and quickly. Regards and thank you!

    Received the phone promptly and found it to be in pristine condition and with accessories.Waited a few days to familiarize myself with the manual then fired it up. I was impressed by the speed of start up and the set up . Initially I found the operation was slow and some operations couldn't be performed but ultimately (after looking online for answers) found that installing the latest updates fixed most problems. The only one I haven't found a solution to, is the fingerprint manager. This function is not displayed in settings . Apparently USA don't allow this function, for whatever reason, but as far as I am lead to believe, this is not an American device. Aside from the aforesaid, I am delighted with the Experia XZ and find it more user friendly than my previous mobile, HTC One M8, which served me well until it developed some incurable glitches ( I had an identical phone which developed the exact same problems) that have become intolerable. My wife, who is a Blackberry fan, has tried out my phone and has found it to be relatively easy to use despite the lack of a physical keyboard and has asked if I could get one for her. This will be her first foray into total android territory and should be interesting. So, thank you for kind and efficient service. I will now proceed to your sales floor and purchase another Experia XZ and hope it satisfies.

    I am so pleased with my new phone. It really is in mint condition, works perfectly and came with screen and side protectors already applied. I'm never buying new again. If you're not bothered with having the very latest phone it's a great option.
