Persona de mala fe, mi teléfono funcionó durante 6 meses y luego no pude hacer una llamada ni encenderlo, reacondicionamiento dudoso, respuesta de teléfono dañado, no cubierto por la garantía. He comprado bastantes cosas en su página y me lo pensaré dos veces.

El producto es estupendo, la calidad de imagen es excelente y la aplicación es perfecta.

Un equipo excelente, que hasta ahora funciona muy bien, lástima que no haya manual de instrucciones. Está en muy buen estado y parece nuevo. El único problema que noto es que está un poco alabeada/torcida, ya que recibí una cubierta de TCL y comprobé esta situación. Nada más que añadir, esperando que siga así mucho tiempo. Produit en parfait état comme prévu. Livraison du produit bien emballé et (super) rapide, et avec un chargeur mural, ce qui n'était pas prévu! Si le produit fonctionne aussi bien dans le temps que maintenant, pas de raison d'ennuyer le service client ;)

For the money I can not complain and I'm not! It's a decent spec and with 5G coverage (for the reason that 5G is still unavailable in many areas, I wouldn't pay more than I did!) All in all, I can't complain and as a company that helps to give phones and other electronics a second life and reduce landfill, I highly recommend BackMarket and will definitely use your services again. Better than I thought it would be, for the price this phone is phenomenal and the condition it is in is immaculate (VERY VERY ALMOST). Its a great phone and for the price I really cannot complain, being my first 5G phone I'm more that happy with the speed and download times I've gotten out of this phone. And game performance is stable, which was a major worry for me but when it came I got no lag or instability from this phone. Thank you back market, I will be BACK.
