Evaluaciones de CRS

Mi ordenador no se me enciende. Me sale la carpeta con la interrogación. Entro con el modo error : cmd + r Pero no me detecta el problema. Por favor tengo el producto en garantía y quiero saber cómo os lo hago llegar. También quiero decir que la información que tengo es muy importante, y en el caso de no poder coger los datos, solicitaría el disco duro para poder coger yo la información.

El MacBook funciona perfectamente. Es rápido y la batería ha tenido bastante autonomía siempre. Hace ya un año que lo tengo y sigue funcionando muy bien. La principal pega es que el teclado venía defectuoso (tiene dos G, en el lugar de la G y de la H). Al principio me resultó molesto, pero luego me acostumbré... Por otro lado, los accesarios tampoco son de muy buena calidad. A los seis meses he tenido que comprar un nuevo cargador. Recomiendo la experiencia, pero no para quién espere un producto como nuevo.

Compré el Mac hace menos de dos años, tras este tiempo y con un uso normal la pantalla dejo de funcionar y la garantía no lo cubría, de forma de que tuve que darlo por perdido o pagar el precio de la reparación que era casi el mismo del ordenador. Cuando hablé con los técnicos que me hicieron el presupuesto para la reparación me comentaón que el ordenador había sido cubierto con una especie de capa de forma que el identificador había quedado oculto y finalmente a intentar revender el ordenador que ellos mismo me vendieron me dijeron que eso era un impedimento por lo cual me bajaron la compensación. En fin no creo que vuelva a comprar nada por aquí porque no me fio para nada de la calidad de los productos que venden.

arrived fine looked nice very quickly started having problems with it battery overheating and then turning off then it stopped working sent it back got another one same problems wasted a good few days on this packing up sending back all the email communication ..One is bad luck 2 from the same place that didn't work something not going right with the supplier

No ha llegado el pedido

I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

An honest review. Read this if you are unsure. I ordered the MacBook Pro M1 2020 (Very good/Excellent) and overall I'd say im happy with it. It's my first MacBook so there has been a slight learning curve but nothing too difficult. It's great for what I need it for; Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Logic all work fine on the M1 chip. I do feel like the grade I got doesn't fully match the product I received. The apple logo on the back is pretty scuffed as well as there being a few scratches. The scratches are small but they are visible from far away (further than 20cm as listed). Amongst those minor visible defects, unfortunately, the space bar isn't hooked on properly so when I'm typing I have to make sure to slow down a bit in order to hit it properly. From what I can tell, it shouldn't be a difficult fix but I feel like the keys should have been put on properly if I'm paying what I paid at the advertised "excellent quality". Taking into consideration the downsides to this, I feel like it's more then worth it to take a slight hit on the quality as if I were to buy this for brand new I would be paying close to £400 extra. The MacBook functions perfectly. It came at a 168 cycle count ...
