Devuelvo el producto porque no és lo que esperaba. Embalado en papel de burbujas y en su caja y ahora el vendedor me dice que ha recibido la pantalla rota. Eso es imposible

The phone was absolutely perfect & was like brand new. The size is just right & it is light in the hand. An excellent purchase & l am quite happy with the price paid. I would definitely recommend Back Market for purchasing of used electronics. Five star service all around.

J ai bien reçu le téléphone… Pour l instant je ne sais pas comment il est , car le chargeur , livré avec , mais sans prise n est pas un chargeur adapté.. depuis deux heures 30 le téléphone n a pris que 10 pour cent de charge… C’est la première fois que je reçois un téléphone sans le chargeur qui va avec…😨

Le Galaxy A23 5G 128 Go débloqué que j'avais commandé est arrivé rapidement et en parfait état. il fonctionne très bien et les photos sont de qualité. Rien à redire.

First time buying a reconditioned phone. Granted that gadgets are not my thing and I take no joy in changing phones, setting up computers etc. this was more cumbersome than I had hoped. I had expected the phone to have been wiped and ready to set up 'as new', instead it was full of stuff, all of it in Korean (all settings etc seem to be geared towards Korean) so it's taking me hours and a lot of frustration to make this work for me. Phone itself looks ok but not sure I'll be back or even keeping this phone.

Un peu déçu des rayures de l'écran mais dans l'ensemble très bien livraison retardé de 1 jour parce que pas le choix du lieu de livraison à la poste
